Third Party Distribution. Running windows I am trying to open a steam workshop tool for making mods. In order to get it to run you have to manually go to the installation file and install the redists for unrealengine3 and visual studio. The unreal installs fine. I have manually downloaded the the file from the Microsoft website and tried to install from the download folder with the same result. After the Windows 10 update I quit using avast antivirus and am only using windows defender now, so I don't think it is AV blocking it.
